Hey everyone! Today we’ll do “hannibalism”, i.e. I’ll perform a workout by Hannibal For King. I did it 2 years ago. But I was told I did it wrong. I did it a “stairway-kind”, instead of circles Let me explain, this workout consists of push ups, pull ups, dips and chin ups performed one after another, the number of reps of every exercise is lowering by time. My mistake was that I did all push ups at first, then all pull ups, then all dips and all chin ups. I had to perform these exercises set by set. I decided to redo that workout, because that week was hard, my triceps hurts, and this is easy for me. This workout is not “voluminous”… Wrong, it’s voluminous, but easy. I can perform it easily. Can’t remember how much time it took, maybe 35-40 minutes. This time the result will be similiar I think I think it will be easier, because I’ll do it set by set. Well, Push ups start from 30 reps and end on 20, pull ups: from 10 to 5 reps, dips: from 20 to 10 reps, and chin ups from 10 to 5 reps. That’s it. I hope to do everything right this time. Else I’ll redo it in the third time sometime. By the way I should restart my training on the watch, because I’m training lightly for an hour already. Yeah, 57 minutes… I burned 480 kcal, they lie as you know, I’ll restart the training… and we’ll know energy costs at the end. I bet it’ll be 300 kcal. Wait a little while previous workout is saving… The expected length of workout by Hannibal is 45 minutes, one circle lasts ~4 minutes there’s 11 circles. I think it’ll be easy. Let’s start. That’s all. 29 minutes. As I thought it was easier than to do amount of every exercise at once. Circles are easier. I didn’t expect to perform it less then half an hour, but you can see the result. It was much easier then expected. My smartwatch shows that I lost 330 kcal, but as I previously said you should subtract 30% from this number. 230 kcal after this light workout looks more real. Not bad. This training is good as a general fitness as I previously said. You can perform much faster then me if you’re good at push ups. Because pull ups is a rest for me, but I’m bad at push ups and dips. This workout has accent on push ups IMHO. I hope to be in a better condition next time, so it’ll be possible to catch something more serious. I have some interesting workouts in my queue to show you.
