Hi guys! This is Ari! So today I’m going to introduce to you all a cardio exercise that helps slim down your thighs and works out your entire legs! Because it’s gotten cold lately, I’ve been sitting around for extended periods. So I began using this workout to strengthen and slim down my legs. I hope it helps out all of you during the winter season as well! Let’s go check it out! gogo! We’ll start with 20 quick squats.
