2016 Regional – Individual Event 5 Announcement

Individual Event 5 is three rounds of a 400-meter run, 40 GHD sit-ups, and 7 deadlifts. The time cap is 16 minutes.

  1. Wow 120 GHD Situps in total! I need to train these more @crossfitnaples. These will take the most time in the workout.

  2. Can't see the "Perparing for the unknown and unknowable" in announcing the workouts that early. :/
