2017 Reebok CrossFit Regional Team Event 3 consists of Assault Bike, wall balls, bar muscle-ups, and rowing. At the sound of the beep, a male-male pair will move forward to the Assault Bike. One athlete at a time will complete 20 calories. Either athlete may start on the bike or rower. They will then advance and complete 50 synchronized wall ball shots, followed by 20 synchronized bar muscle-ups. The pair will then move to the rower, where one athlete at a time will complete 20 calories. Once the row is complete and both athletes are touching the chess piece, the second pair will be released from the start mat. The first pair will then advance the chess piece and move to the finish. The female-female pair will work in the same fashion. However, they will perform 15 calories each on the Assault Bike and the rower. With the row complete, they will touch the chess piece and release the final pair. The second pair will then advance the chess piece and move to the finish. The male-female pair will advance in the same fashion as the others. The male athlete will perform 20 calories on both the Assault Bike and rower, while the female athlete will perform 15 calories. Once the row is complete, they will advance to the chess piece and then move to the finish mat.
