Hey there guys, welcome back! If you’re new, I’m Rémi, helping you make fitness become a lifestyle, one video at a time. Today we got MARY. It’s another CrossFit girls benchmark
workout of course. It’s an AMRAP of 20 minutes, consisting of 5 handstand
push-ups, 10 single leg squats, 15 pull-ups. That´s one round, you just got to
do as many rounds as possible within 20 minutes. The amount of rounds you do will be your score. Let’s go guys! Alright that was Mary, 20 minutes, AMRAP.
My score was 7 rounds and 2 reps of pistol squats (or single leg squats).
Not the best score, I’m not totally happy with it and this is part of the reason why I didn’t get all the rounds I expected I
would have made. But it´s my own fault, next time I’ll make sure to
always file down the skin so it’s nice soft, so the dry hard skin doesn’t just
