  6. Alright, I was hoping you could answer a few questions I got about this workout. First of all, does it help build muscles, or are we looking at a more cardio exercise? And the tricep dips, will they help me with my pull-ups? Lastly, what is the reason of rotation push-ups? If I perform another set of simple push-ups (provided I am not dead yet), will it have the same effect?
