Welcome back to another segment of Ask A Trainer. Today I’m here with Master Trainer, Geoff. Geoff, using body weight versus using heavy
weights, which is better? You need both actually. So, here’s the thing, if you want to build
good muscle mass and strength, you’re going to have to do some sort of strength training. That’s going to have to happen. Now, body weight exercises are great for muscular
endurance and cardiovascular endurance. So, mixing up the two, probably with strength
training go anywhere from 2 to 3 times a week, and then when it comes to body weight training
definitely 3, to anywhere up to 5 times a week would be ideal for training. Five times? Yes, ma’am. Exactly, so combining those two is going to
