Hi, and welcome back to another segment of
Ask A Trainer. Today I’m here with Master Trainer, Geoff. Geoff, what are the best moves for building
glute muscles? Best moves for glute muscles, Candice, other
than looking yourself in the mirror and just squeezing and checking yourself out would
probably be doing squats, lunges and leg press. Doing those three different exercises are
going to give you the maximum looking glutes you can imagine. OK, how often should you switch that up? You should probably do those three exercises
at least twice a week. So, do them on a Monday, give yourself some
days off. Do it on a Thursday or Friday to really finish
out that week, make those glutes nice and strong and firm, and you’re good to go. Sounds good, send us your questions, follow
