ASK A TRAINER: What Can I Do to See Results?


Hi, and welcome to another segment of Ask
A Trainer. I’m here with Master Trainer, Geoff. Today’s question is from Sunny V., he says,
“I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and watch my diet, but my weight hasn’t
changed. What am I doing wrong, and what can I do differently
to see results?” I think the best answer for that would be
intensity. So, depending on the intensity of your workouts,
that’s going to be the difference between getting the results you’re looking for and
not seeing the results you’re looking for. So, pick up the intensity, do things a little
more uncomfortable, a little more challenging, and I bet you the results are going to be
