hey guys welcome to your toned lean and sexy arms today is a 5 minute workout that focuses on your upper body your shoulders, your arms and your pecks its an amazing quick workout you can do to make sure you look sexy in your strapless dresses and bikinis so if you have some space you don’t need any equipment at all just your body lets do it alright guys so were going to begin by extending your arms right out to the side and making tight fists with your hands you want to drop those shoulders down away from your ears and whatever you do don’t drop your arms in the next 5 minutes so lets take small circles forward for 20 4 5 6 7 ten more your making little circles with your shoulders keeping those elbows straight as possible 4 3 2 1 and your going to take your arms back 20 times little circles again 10 more 6 7 8 9 and hold it here now all you’re going to do is hold don’t drop ur arms let those arms get tired you want to make those muscles work breathe for the next 20 were going to pump your arms back and think of squeezing your shoulder blades together so your going to squeeze back two 5 6 7 10 9 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 very nice opening your hands your going to bend your elbows about 45 deg your going to drop your hands down like you’re high living somebody down below and right back up for 1 2 so this is working your rotator cuffs 4 6 7 making your shoulders stronger making them more beautiful more toned keep going you got 10 more 9 7 6 3 2 1 bring it back this is what i like to call the peekaboo move your going to bring your elbows in and then open 3 2 this is working your pecks 8 9 you got 10 more 10 some say working your pecks making our ladies perk up a little higher thats the rumor 8 9 10 open up to the side very good hold it here breathe lets bring your arms up to the sky centre and out up centre out keep your elbows as straight as posisble do not drop your arms down your almost done i want u to fatigue your muscles to their maximum potential keep going you got 6 more out up out up side last three 2 1 good job bring your arms out to the side hold were going to do angle wing pumps 10 more if you’re not feeling this you’re cheating cause you should be feeling that burn by now keep going 4 3 2 1 awesome job put your arms down thanks so much for watching give yourself a little shake to the upper body you did an amazing job if you feel tired feel free to check out my yoga videos to give your body a little bit of a stretch thanks again for joining me and i hope to see you soon bye

  5. We had to dribble about with Yoga in my day. The calisthenics approach doesn't set boundaries on how far we could go putting higher gears on the old bike-body. The beauty from latent stamina sparkles, she's a good example of that.

  6. Thanks for the simple but challenging moves, especially as we can't lower our arms till the end. Great for strengthening the shoulders. Do the triceps also get toned with these exercises? Because, my arms are too flabby at the triceps

  7. Juliana, I feel my arms burning so I must be doing it right. My arms have gotten saggy so I really need this. Would love to get back to wearing sleeveless cute tops. I would like to get back to wearing swim suit as well. Hopefully if I can do this at least 3 to 4 times a week my arms will begin to look better.

    Update…….I have been doing this every day for about the last 2 months….arms feel great! Every time I do it I notice I can get a little further in the routine before I start to fatigue my muscles…..if I’m correct, that means I’m getting stronger! ❤️🇨🇦👍🏼💋
