  1. Nothing gets me more amped up for a workout than seeing some auld folks kicking ass. Keep at it. People think older folks can't get big benefits from strength training, but strength training is the difference between being 80 years old and not being able to bend over or run anymore, and being an 80 year old who is still totally independent and capable.
