Casey Goes to the Gym | Family By the Ton

Casey:
SO, HIRED A PERSONAL TRAINER
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. -OH, ME.
-THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’VE BEEN TO THE GYM
IN A LONG TIME. AND, UH, I AM
A LITTLE BIT NERVOUS. I WANT TO FEEL TIRED. I-I-I DON’T THINK THAT’S A
TERRIBLE FEELING, IT’S JUST LIKE,
I DON’T WANT TO DIE. -HEY, WHAT’S UP, MAN.
-CASEY, RIGHT? YEAH, YEAH.
DEX? YES, SIR.
HOW YOU DOING? -DOING GREAT.
-SO WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE? -JUST TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT.
-OKAY. -EATING BETTER.
-SO WHAT’S YOUR DIET LIKE? THEY WANT ME TO EAT
MORE MEALS A DAY. -YEAH.
-BUT, LIKE, LESS FOOD. -LESS FOOD, SMALLER MEALS.
-AND THAT’S REALLY WHAT THE HARDEST THING IS,
BECAUSE, LIKE, MY MIND STILL TELLS ME I COULD EAT, LIKE
PLATES AND PLATES OF THINGS. AND I EAT SO MUCH I GET FULL. AND THEN, LIKE, WHEN I’M
SUPPOSED TO EAT LATER, I JUST DON’T FEEL LIKE IT. SO, LIKE, HOW DO YOU FEEL
ABOUT YOUR BODY? I MEAN, I’M FAT
SO I FEEL TIRED ALREADY, BUT I’M OKAY —
I HAVE A LITTLE MORE ENERGY THAN A PERSON MY SIZE
PROBABLY SHOULD. -OKAY.
-BUT, I DO SWIM MORE OCCASIONALLY,
LIKE THIS IS MY — THIS’LL BE MY FIRST DAY HERE,
BUT I SWAM MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY. -OKAY.
-SO I FEEL LIKE I’M DOING MORE, I’M TRYING TO EVEN MAKE SURE
I’M EATING RIGHT. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE
YOU’RE READY TO WORK. PRETTY MUCH.
PRETTY MUCH. YEAH. IT’S DEFINITELY MY FIRST TIME
WORKING WITH SOMEBODY LIKE CASEY. I MEAN, YOU CAN’T REALLY
JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. SO, LIKE, WE JUST DO
AS BEST AS WE COULD DO. WHATEVER ENERGY HE HAS. ARMS OUT STRAIGHT.
-OKAY. HERE, WE’RE GONNA DO
ARM ROTATIONS. -OKAY.
-FIFTEEN EACH WAY. ALL RIGHT. GOT YOU. GOOD. NOW WE’LL GO BACK
THE OPPOSITE WAY. ALL RIGHT. Dexter: I HAD CASEY MOVE HIS OWN
BODY WEIGHT, SO HE COULD ESTABLISH A CORRELATION BETWEEN
WHAT HE’S ACCOMPLISHED ALREADY AND WHAT HE CAN EXPECT HIMSELF
TO DO IN THE FUTURE. GOOD. NICE. GOOD.
GET THOSE KNEES UP HIGH. -[ GRUNTS ]
-GOOD. KEEP FIGHTING. [ BREATHES HEAVILY ]
OH! ALL RIGHT.
HOW YOU FEELING SO FAR? I’M A LITTLE WINDED. ALL RIGHT. JUST TAKE IT ONE POUND AT A
TIME, WE’LL GET IT. -OKAY.
-DROP YOUR CHEST OVER. GOOD. PULL THE WEIGHT
TO YOUR CHEST. SQUEEZE, ARMS OUT STRAIGHT,
ARMS OUT STRAIGHT. -OH, ARMS OUT STRAIGHT? OKAY.
-THERE WE GO. NOW STAND UP. -WE LIFT WITH IT NOW?
-YEP, THAT’S IT. BEND BACK OVER. UP. PUT IT DOWN. AH. WE GOTTA LET THEM DOWN
BEFORE WE STAND UP. -OH, YEAH, BACK DOWN.
-PULL IT TO YOUR CHEST. -OKAY.
-DROP IT DOWN. STAND UP. GOOD. KEEP YOUR EYES FORWARD,
WE DON’T WANT TO GET YOU DIZZY. -OKAY.
-SO BEND OVER AGAIN. -THINK WE’RE GETTING DIZZY.
-GETTING DIZZY? -HOLD ON.
-OH, TAKE YOUR TIME. HERE, I’LL TAKE THE WEIGHT.
-OKAY. [ GASPING ] ♪♪ [ GRUNTS ]
TAKE YOUR TIME. [ GRUNTS ] NEED A SECOND? -JUST ONE MORE.
-YEAH YEAH. YOU’RE GOOD. Casey: SWIMMING AND DOING THIS
STUFF IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BECAUSE IN THE POOL,
YOU DON’T FEEL YOUR OWN WEIGHT, YOU’RE JUST MOVING
LIKE A MOTION– LIKE A WEIGHTLESS BODY. [ GASPS ] ALL RIGHT. I’M GOOD. YOU CAN RUN AND WALK FOR, LIKE,
FOR HOURS AND NOT REALLY FEEL AS MUCH,
BUT IN HERE, IT’S LIKE… BIG SLAMS, CASEY,
BIG SLAMS. THE LITTLEST MOTION
AND YOU START TO FEEL IT. IT’S A LOT DIFFERENT.

  1. i cant believe how people leave there self to be like this …it must be some psychological reason …i believe the need more psychological help…this is not in the normal range of being fat…

  2. Respect to him for even considering losing weight let alone putting his mind to the hard process it is
Respect to the trainer as well “take it one pound at a time, we’ll get it”. What a man.
Good luck to the both of you 💪🏼

  3. Atleast this dude is trying not like those other idiots from "my 600 lb life " That cry and cry yet eat garbage and sit in there chairs all day doeing nothing .

  4. The trainer is a really nice guy but Casey needs to be exercising in a pool because of his joints. One injury could be a death sentence.

  5. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. This guy needs to just walk. 25 yards one week, then put it up to 50 next week and so on. Drink water, water, and water. Start eating gralic in the morning. No reason to hurt yourself in the gym. Just walk, walk, walk, walk, and walk. Then when you are ready hit the gym.

  6. Sucks to see someone like this I understand it's your life style but quality of life goes down can't go out with the boys or the girls and it's awesome to see him making a fight to get down some weight like I'm not a skinny guy I'm 230 6"1 not the skinniest I know but yeah

  7. Goes to the link in ur description
“Sorry this vid is not accessible in ur region”

Me :”RACIST”(jk don’t take it srsly)

  8. People, let this be an example don't let yourself get like this and weather you stick up for him or not that's unhealthy asf.

  10. The trainer had it right! If someone even if there skinny gets tired during a work out don’t push them and tell them to not take breaks let them take breaks

  11. Props to anyone who tries to push themselves in the gym. Whether you are fat or skinny, as long as you step in there and give your best, that's all that matters. Results take time

  12. Bro how stupid do you have to be to realize that you need to start losing weight when you look like that. I hate fat people bro, not cuz their fat but because they don’t realize how unhealthy it is but if they work hard to lose it I’m chill with em

  13. He should be doing mostly swimming right now anyways all that fat gives him resistance and being in water puts less stress on his joints not to mention he almost ate shit when doing those box steps
