Before I used KettleBell Kitchen, I was never the best with my diet. I would eat whatever I wanted I didn’t really meal prep, because I was too lazy, and now, every Thursday and Sunday picking up ten, twelve meals, and having it ready throughout the week? I mean, it makes life so much easier knowing that all I have to do is, focus on my training and the food’s there. I’m going to get the nutrition that I need when I need it without any thought, or you know, real preparation.
