Hey, this is David Osorio, owner of CrossFit South Brooklyn. We’re gonna be talking about our CFSBK group class coaching expectations. This is a document that we made in our gym over the last 10 years. If you want to learn more, check out InsidetheAffiliate.com. We posted the whole thing in long format. Steal it, make your own, make it better. Today we’re gonna talk about outdoor logistics. So, one of the beauties of CrossFit is that we’re all over the world now; we’re in cities, we’re in rural areas, we’re out in the middle of nowhere. So if you’re an urban affiliate or you’re an affiliate with kind of an unusual outside setting, it’s good to have some standards for how you conduct yourself, how your members conduct themselves when you’re engaging with the environment around your gym, not just inside of your gym. So here are some examples for what we do. We do recommend you guys sit down with your coaches, look at the logistics of where you are in your environment and make a strategy so there’s clear expectations for what you, your coaches and your members should and shouldn’t do to make sure that you’re interacting with your neighbors and your environment in a conducive and friendly way.
