Dumbbell Row – Chaparral Fitness

[MUSIC PLAYING] Dumbbell row. Place a dumbbell on either
side of a flat bench. Position yourself on the
same side of the bench. Place the knee and hand closest
to the bench onto the bench. Using a neutral grip,
pick up the dumbbell with the other hand. Pull your shoulder blade back
while keeping your arm straight and your back flat. Contract your shoulder
blades together. Slowly pull the dumbbell
straight up, as far as possible, keeping
your elbow tucked in. Concentrate on
pulling the weight up with your back muscles
and not your forearm. Slowly lower the dumbbell
back to the starting position. Do not let the working
shoulder drop down at the bottom of the movement. [MUSIC PLAYING]
