Exercising in a Chair – Part 1


Hi! I’m professor Greg Whyte and in this
series of videos I’m going to show you how to exercise in a chair. There are a
variety of exercises for the upper body ranging from the arms, the shoulders, the
chest and the back, to keep you active and moving in a chair, when you’re at home and in isolation. But for today, it’s all about warming up, so complete 30 seconds of each of these exercises and repeat it two or three times through and come back and join me tomorrow for some strength exercises in a chair
