Nothing feels better than finishing a
tough workout. But how do you know if your training is actually keeping you on track to your goals? First up, you need to know what a successful fitness regime looks like for you. This means defining your goals. Do you want to lose weight? Gain muscle? Get fit? Once you know this, there’s a few ways you can track your progress. Keep track of your PBs. Beating your PB by a few seconds might not feel like much, but over time, it really adds up. Progress photos. Photos taken a week apart might not show much change, but over time, there can be a big
