Individual WOD2 FSTD19 WOD 2A & 2B, 2 scores the first one: 21 – 15 – 9 thruster/pullup, followed by 33 bar facing burpees that will determine the sum of the 2B score. At the “3, 2, 1, GO!” The athlete will do 21 thrusters followed by 21 pullups once done, the athlete will move the barbell forward by one section and will execute 15 thrusters. Followed by 15 pullups. Once done, the athlete will move the barbell forward to the following section to execute the last 9 thrusters and 9 pullups. Once the pullups are done the time will be taken, the athlete will move to the barbell, to do 11 bar facing burpees. Once the first series is done he will move the barbell by one section and will do another 11 bar facing burpees. Once those are done he will move the barbell by another section for the last 11 bar facing burpees. Once done he will run to the finish line for his time. Thruster standards: the first rep can be a cluster. In bottom position the athlete will have to have the hip crease below the highest part of the knee and in top position with feet in line, knees locked, hips open, fully extended elbows, barbell in midline over the body. Pullup standards: the athlete starts in dead hanging position In top position the chin will have to be above the horizontal plane of the bar. Bar facing burpees standards: The athlete will have to be chest and thighs on the ground. The jump over the bar must be performed with a two foot takeoff, but can land in any way. Feet and hands must be inside the bumpers profile.
