WOD – Metis, Aphrodite, Iris
Metis – Burpee, climer, high jump. each 10 ,25,10 total 3 round Aphrodite – Burpee, Squat, sit-up 50 each until 10 total 5round Iris(1km run – Jumping jack, climer 100each 7th round – 1km run)
