– Woo. I really hope you
enjoyed that workout. This is a dumbbells only workout. Again, I’m out of breath,
I’m sweatin’ bullets. It’s my second workout for the day. So sometimes I feel my form
might get a little sloppy but it doesn’t matter,
I’m doing the best I can ’cause I’m trying to provide
a lot of value for you. I was up at 4am did fasted
cardio and abs this morning at 5am, it’s almost 8 o’clock at night but I’m committed to
filming content for you so you can get in the

bell so you never miss any of my latest content. I’m doing weekly workouts. Today was a dumbbells
only, one dumbbell only, full body, really hope you like it. For me, I started feeling
it towards the end. I was doing the side
lateral lunge, the press, that goblet side lateral lunge and press, really felt that in my quads and my shoulders were dyin’. And like I said, I didn’t quite
hear that timer at the end and so I immediately started going into a dumbbell burpee pushup, but it’s nine minutes, back to back. So, you can do it. If you’re pressed and you’re short on time and you have one dumbbell
and you’re on vacation or out of town, you’ve
gotta do this workout ’cause it’s gonna get you in killer shape. So, follow along with me

  1. Great video Frank. I just finished doing this. Glad to first see that you can combine the RDL and curls. Second, wow I felt the cardio kicking in once I got to the Side Lateral Lunge to Press also. Going to the gym is kind of on hold so these videos help. Also once we go back to normal, I plan to combine home work outs and gym workouts. Thanks.
