  14. This is asking for a lot, but would you ever consider making a class for those suffering from a stressed piriformas/sciatic nerve pain? Apparently many yoga positions/stretches can increase the stress and pain, whereas others can improve the condition. I believe I know which to skip…nonetheless, it would be cool to have a class specifically for those of us that have fallen on our bottoms once too often!…or have sat on our bottoms too long all these years:/ Thanks regardless, for all you do!

  17. For some reason my captions are on and when weโ€™re all twisted up in eagle and you say โ€œbring your chest toward your thighsโ€ the caption translated it as โ€œtorture thighsโ€ which I thought was very intuitive! Love this and all of your videos, Lesley. Thank you so much!

  20. This class was all I needed right now. I have felt so stressed lately, I had a lot of work to do and stress reflected itself in my physical body. Not only did I gain a bit of weight, due to not moving a lot or even exercising, but most of all in manifested itself in constant exhaustion and tiredness from all the work I had to do. I am slowly easing back into it now that things are a bit more calm, and your videos are all I need. Thank you ๐Ÿ™ โ˜บ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’•
