Gym Twin Workout Routine – My Muscle gain transformation with Freeletics Gym


Hi, I’m Marian. I’m 26 years old and currently a student. All my life I’ve been very skinny. I’ve always had problems gaining weight. But I always dreamed of having an athletic body. I went to the gym for half a year and even trained quite regularly. But somehow I didn’t see any results. But that only resulted in me gaining a lot of fat. I will test Freeletics Gym in the next weeks and I’m really curious about the results. During that time period Julian got a lot stronger as he kept training and I couldn’t. But I couldn’t just take that. That’s why I started training five times per week. Alright guys, we’ve trained for 18 weeks. It was really, really exhausting at times. But we are so excited about the results. It was really worth it. And you can do it as well. So get started!

  1. Sehr interessant sowas mal anhand von Zwillingen zu sehen wegen den Unterschieden bei der Entwicklung. Julian liegt es am Foto oder hast du weniger Schultern Trainiert? 🙂

  2. okay ich will des auch anfangen bin jtz 14 und meine mum hat gesagt ich kann daß auch machen weil mädchen können des ja auch anfangen okay fie haben halt ne andere figur vonn den muskeln her als männer aber des is ja dann auch egal aber wie fängt mann damit an also meine cousine is trainer die werde ich dann auch mal fragen aber wie fängt mann an mitt hanteln oder keine ahnung ich sollte die mal echt fragen weill ich mach halt auch schon seit 1 jahr hanteltraining mit 4 kg bin ich jtz und ich würde da hallt auch mal mehr machen😧

  3. You guys are talking absolute shite….. Done in 4 months my arse. Also your bench pressing at most 30kgs in one shot of this video yet you claim to have started from a base of 60kg. So was this your one Max rep?

  4. These guys already had muscle. Than stopped working out for 2-4 months and made sure they took less calories than they needed.
    After that, it just matter of start working out and eating the correct meal. The muscle 'remembers' it former strenght and the gain is more faster than training out for the first time in your life.
    Also: Genetics.
    Not everybody will be able to have a sixpack, however they train.
    (and yes, i do have a sixpack and have gained 30kg in muscle over a period of 4,5 years. 4times training / week)

  5. Euer Video ist sehr motivierend. Ich mache auch Freeletics Bodyweight und Gym. Wie lange habt Ihr por Tag trainiert? Kardio? Wie sah Eure Ernährung aus?
