WE WORK WITH STRENGTH, POWER AND ENDURANCE COMPONENTS OF FITNESS. IT’S A HEART-RATE-BASED INTERVAL TRAINING THAT IS PROVEN TO BURN MORE CALORIES POST WORKOUT. EXTENDING THOSE FEET OUT IF YOU WANT TO GET A LITTLE BIT MORE CHALLENGING THERE. NOW, IT’S ALL ABOUT TIME UNDER TENSION. IN THE OFFICE YOU MAY NOT HAVE A LOT OF TIME.
