joined here today with Pro Results® Trainer, Morgan Connors. Morgan, I’ve got another question for you. Are you ready? Yes Ma’am! Alright, so this one comes to us from Cameron S.
Cameron shares he’s 28 years old and he has cerebral palsy. What is the best way to lose body fat while loosening up leg muscles for beginners? So, for beginners, I would say the pool is going to be the best place for that. One of the reasons why is because we can put the exercise into the pool
and really remove a lot of that gravitational pressure which could aggravate some of the exercises that we would do.
You could really focus on range of motion and kind of just getting that free motion in the legs, so we could use those
big primary muscles of the leg to help burn the body fat as well so that way we’re kind of tackling both at once. A couple key points to this is always make sure you have
your doctor’s approval before starting a fitness program and then also, never get into the water alone. It’s going to be really, really, important
that we do have that spotter. Someone who’s in the pool or out of the pool who can always step in there in a time of need. Exercise is strenuous on anyone.
