hi guys every day more and more people come to me and tell me that they are afraid going to the gym they don’t know how to train they don’t know how to eat and today I will tell you a small tutorial for twos who never was in a gym yet I’m afraid go to the gym why are you afraid going to the gym gym is for everybody not only for big muscle man’s when you will go to the gym you will see also a lot of beginners so don’t be afraid go to the gym everybody was once a beginner and had to start somewhere even mr. Olympia was once a beginner for motivation I will show you my picture when I started going to the gym so here it is if you will always be afraid going to the gym you will never reach your goals and it will be same as everybody start not tomorrow not after one month not after one year but now starts now this is your chance to change your life it’s never too late I’m afraid that lifting weights will stand my hate growth so this question come to me almost every day and I have to tell you only one thing is bullshit lifting weights will definitely not stop your growth growth is about the own genetics so if your dad and mum are tall you will be told to and if your mom and dad are short you will be short to lifting weights will not affect your growth in any way how I am 15 years old is it safe to go to the gym yes you can in my opinion 15 years is the best time to go to Jim if you are younger than 15 years old it is on your own responsibility but I don’t know how to train in the gym if you are beginner you don’t need to have hard exercises and how trainings like bodybuilders you just have to train simple machine exercises and full body trainings in the beginning your muscles will grow fast because lifting weights is shock for them and you should go to the gym just three times a week not more remember your muscles are growing when you are sleeping not when you are a gym I don’t know what to eat don’t find science in diet if you are beginner you don’t need diet plan you have to do only one thing you have to start eat healthy you need to throw all unhealthy things to the pin like pass three fast foods candies sweets Sugar’s chocolate and in the same time you should start to eat healthy things like meat potatoes rice oats eggs court cheese nuts with your tables and fluids but I’m not taking any supplements is it possible to gain muscles without supplements sure if you are beginner you don’t need to take supplements supplements are not some miracle that give you muscles in short time your muscles will grow when you will start to eat healthy and it will start to work out rather put your money into healthy food then in to overprice it supplements which doesn’t work so this is my old tips for beginners who once start to go to the gym so if you liked this video please give me like share subscribe and if you want some tips for me or something for me sending a message my own tactics in description in this video so bye

  3. Super, baví mě na tebe koukat, když mluvíš anglicky. Jen jedna chybka, který jsem si všiml.. když jsi říkal co by měli lidi jíst, tak jsi řekl FRUITS, ovoce nemá množné číslo v angličtině. Pouze jen fruit 🙂

  13. Říkal si že zdvihání činek ti nezastaví růst. Ale když už zvedáš ve 14 více jak např. na dřep 80kg tak to už ti růst zastaví ne?
