Increase Flexibility With Exercise Balls : Flexibility Exercises: Back-to-Front Neck Stretches

Alright, next we’re going to take our neck
and we’re going to gently bring our chin down to our chest, stretching out our neck. Again,
taking some deep breaths, breath. And you want to hold this again for twenty to thirty
seconds. For time, I’m going to go ahead and I’m going to move to the back. You’re going
to stretch out, taking your eyes up to the ceiling, or you can close them, whatever works
for you. And again you want to hold this stretches for twenty to thirty seconds. You should really
feel your neck elongate here. And then when you’re done with that, once you’ve hold that
for twenty to thirty seconds, take it, your neck straight forward, and you’re going to
rotate it clockwise. Just go slow, we don’t want to rush. Your hair will come in your
face if you have it down. It’s all good. Rotating it. Feel the kinks coming out. And once you’ve
done about eight rotations clockwise, you can go counterclockwise. Again, for time purposes,
I only did about four rotations. These are some additional stretching exercises you can
do for the neck, forward and back and then rotating your neck clockwise and counterclockwise.
