Eighteen months ago when I realized my 50th birthday was
not too far around the corner, I decided, “I may have to be an older guy, but I don’t
have to be an older, out of shape guy.” So I started doing indoor cycling five days a
week, lifting weights three days a week, and I lost about forty pounds in a little over a year, and my doctor
