LSU Star forward Angel Reese reached the top of the women’s college basketball mountain on Sunday when his team beat Iowa in the national championship game—but not without some criticism. Reese taunted Hawkeyes guard Caitlin Clark several times in the final moments of the game and some fans online didn’t care.
Several big-name athletes defended Reese, including LeBron James, amid criticism. The four-time NBA champion tweeted a tweet that read: “Angel Reese to all the haters after winning the national championship.”
The picture shows actress Angela Bassett in the film. waiting to exhale walking away from a fire she started, and James showed nothing but support for the LSU star.

“FACTS!!!! Love to see it,” James said on Twitter.
After the match, Reese defended her actions and came after the critics..
“I don’t fit in the box that everyone wants me to be in,” Reese said. “I’m too hood, I’m too ghetto, they told me all year. But when other people do it, you don’t say anything. So this was for the girls who look like me.”
Reese specifically gave Clark the “can’t you see me” gesture created by wrestler John Cena, a gesture Clark has used throughout the tournament.one Cena even recognized. Then she seemed to point at her ring finger several times as he looked at Clark. The Hawkeye guard said she didn’t see Reese make any gestures at the time.
