– What’s up, elite Thenx athletes. It’s Chris Heria. Welcome to another
video of Official Thenx. For the first time ever, you’ll be able to follow along this video with me and Gabo by
taking out your phones, hitting the link in the description below, and starting this work out with us. So let’s get this leg day started. (upbeat dubstep music) So, if you clicked the
link in the description with your phone, it should
take you to this page. Here you can see the
stats of the work out. The duration should be about
45 minutes to 60 minutes. The repetitions and times
indicated in the work out are goals, you want to
rest one to two minutes between rounds, and you want to rest 30 seconds between your exercises. Always maintain perfect form, and of course, safety first. For every weighted exercise, choose a weight that will challenge you to reach the required repetition. That’s super important guys, the number on the weight, is not important. It’s how it feels when you’re doing it. So perfect form is always key. So here we go, the warm up is
jumping jacks for 45 seconds. And in and outs for 45 seconds. Perform the routine two times
to complete the warm up. We already completed the warm up so we’re going to go straight into the work out. Round one is going to be
squats with the barbell 8 times, then we’re going to move into jumping squats for 30 seconds, dead lifts after, seven times, crab walks, 30 seconds, dumbbell step ups, eight times each leg, broad jumps, six times, and then we’re going to finish with back and forth lunges,
four times with each leg. So, you ready to get this started? I’m gonna give us an extra point of view. Let’s get it started. So the first move we have: squats with barbells eight times. Let’s go for it. (fast pace high energy music) All right. So the next one, I believe is, jumping squats, for thirty seconds. You ready to go for it? Gabo you ready? All right. I guess I’ll do an extra one too. Crab walks. Let’s go for it. I feel that one. Cross step ups. I’m gonna really need
those 30 seconds to rest. Next leg. killer. All right, you ready? Let’s do it. Gotta make sure this
doesn’t fly off again. Last ones. The worst ones. Let’s do it. Here we go, four times each. Oh man! That, I don’t think this video does this work out justice.
