  6. This-is-just-perfect!!! I was looking for something exactly like this!! I love how you take a lil time to show how the exercise is like before doing the actual counting time to make it!! I'm starting those exercises by today and repeat them 1 more time (4 weeks in total).. hope I'll get some results and then I'll come back to leave them here.. good luck everyone!!

    137 lbs; 5' 2 1/2"; I do 40-45 mins of exercise and 20 mins stretching daily so i'm not doing just this video! I use her 30min videos on top of this one or add up multiple shorter videos.

    i suggest putting on some music that makes you hype (stan stary kids) its wayyy easier with music
    pls like this so i remember doing it!

    update after one week: 57,1 kg YOOO

    day 1, full body HIIT: my arms and abs are sORE
    day 2, stretch: it was literally soooo nice omg im probably gonna do the bed stretch more often
    day 3, abs + arms: my ars was literally shaking at the end and my abs are sooooore
    day 4, optional cardio: i just did the abs and arms workout again
    day 5, leg + thigh: this was definitely one of my faves omg
    day 6&7: recover + stretch
    day 8, abs + core: yooo lets get it, second week!
    day 9, rest: i did the stretch tho
    day 10, arm + back: my arms has never been this sore omg
    day 11, optional cardio: i just went for a walk
    day 12, legs + hiit: this one was soooo good!
    day 13, rest: did the stretch today too. last day tmrw tho what the-
