UST A RACE. HIS DECISION TO RUN THE TRANSFORMATION OF A LIFETIME. SHELDON: THE MEND YOU ARE ABOUT TO MEET APPROACHED A HEALTH CRISIS BACK IN 2015, SO LAST YEAR, HE DECIDED TO RUN THE MARATHON. NOW YOU GET TO SEE JUST HOW MUCH IT IS CHANGING HIS LIFE. HIS LIFE WAS OVERWHELMED BY DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, STRESS, AND OBESITY. KEVIN EISENBROWN WAS 336 POUNDS OF MISERY.>>JUST BEYOND BAD. NO GOOD DAYS. NOTHING WOULD PUT ME IN A GOOD MOOD. WHEN I WAS AT THE LOWEST OF LOWS, TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH I , WISH THAT ON ANYBODY. SHELDON SO EISENBROWN CHALLENGED : HIMSELF AND ATTEMPTED TO RUN THE HALF IN THE PITTSBURGH THREE RIVERS MARATHON LAST YEAR.>>I DID IT AS A GOAL, TO HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT BUT NEVER DID I THINK IT WOULD CHANGE MY LIFE. IT’S A WHOLE DIFFERENT OUTLOOK. IT HONESTLY DID SAVE MY LIFE, SHELDON THIS IS EISENBROWN : TODAY. HE IS 120 POUNDS LIGHTER SINCE RUNNING THE PITTSBURGH MARATHON LAST YEAR. HE’S LIGHTER PHYSICALLY , EMOTIONALLY, AND MENTALLY. THE MARATHON AND NEW EATING HABITS FORMED A PLATFORM FOR A DRASTIC WELLNESS TRANSFORMATION.>>GOING FROM 336 POUNDS, DOWN TO 217, WHAT WAS THAT TRANSFORMATION LIKE?>>TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH, AT FIRST YOU DON’T THINK YOU CAN LOSE THAT MUCH WEIGHT BUT I WAS WEARING A 44 SIZE PANTS. NOW I’M DOWN TO A THE FIRST TIME 32. WHEN I DID IT, WHEN I RAN THE MARATHON LAST YEAR, I WAS LIKE, I’M GOING TO DIE. SHELDON BUT NOT ANYMORE. : EISENBROWN RUNS 5 TO SIX DAYS A WEEK. HE ALREADY HAS MULTIPLE 5K RACES AND A HALF MARATHON ON HIS WELLNESS RESUME. HE FEELS LIBERATED.>>I’VE NEVER FELT BETTER, NEVER HAD MORE ENERGY. I JUST WISH I DID IT A LONG TIME AGO.
