  1. At a slight angle you can feel your back muscles contracting/pulling more, that is why I lean back slightly.

  2. I generally aim for 1 gram per pound. When bulking i go a little more at 1.5 – 2 grams per pound. Thanks for watching!

  3. I'm confused.. You say you do lower back workout because you have lower back pain. But lower back pain means that your muscle is too strong and too hyperactive in contrast to the muscle that counters the back muscle.. I'm no expert but I think you should just stretch including your hamstrings. Your lower back isn't too weak. It's too strong in comparison and hyperactive..
