IT IS PART OF OUR PROGRAM WITH THE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR. IT IS REALLY GOOD IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH TO GO TO THE GYM. YOU GET A FULL BODY WORKOUT IN 30 MINUTES. I USE IT AND IT IS PRETTY EFFECTIVE.
