Working those deltoids on the stair master.
We have some exercise tubing attached to our stair master. So what we’re going to do is
we’re just going to start off by moving those legs and then we want to add those arms in
working our deltoids. Our deltoids are right here. Oh yea. And what we’re going to do is
we’re going to bring our arm up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down. What
we want to remember here as we’re doing these is you want to have a slight bend in that
elbow. Just a slight bend in that elbow. Some people find it challenging to alternate. Some
people will find it more challenging to do them together. Doing it together, you’ll get
a little more actual workout but doing them separately can take a little bit more co ordination.
It just all depends on what you’re going for. So right here I’m getting double work out
because I’m doing them together. Up and down. I want to relax my shoulders while I’m here.
Pull in my belly button to the spine. Pull them up and take them down. Now again if I
want to alternate, I can go ahead and do that. Oh yea. I’m feeling it in my deltoids. What
a great work out. And that’s how you can work out your deltoids on the stair master.
