    – i did crossfit workouts
    – i ate 3 days low/0 carb, 1 day high carb (800-1300 calories on low carb days, up to 1800 on high carb days)
    – weightlifting exercises, like cleans, snatches, jerks
    – compound exercises: squat, bench press, pullups, deadlift, shoulder press, pushups
    – sprint workouts
    – circuit training
    – i hate doing slow, low intensity, steady cardio, so i didnt do it. instead i sometimes walked around the city or the coast for 1-4 hours (at least 2 times a week)
    – whey and bcaa

  5. Awesome results Burak1337, and in only 10 weeks! I read what you did and I saw you tried crossfit, did you try any other workout program that you can do from home? I am looking to get my body fat % down, what is the best way you found to make that happen for you?

  8. wenn du trainingsanfänger bist dann jeden 2. tag ganzkörpertraining
    die tage dazwischen kannst du konditionierungseinheiten machen (ausdauer, sprints, an skills arbeiten) und mindestens 1 tag pro woche pause

  12. It used to be in English a few months ago. I find this a pleasant surprise because I've recently started taking up German. The easiest thing for me to understand is the title. ha, but bumping into a video like this is a very useful.

  14. Super Erklärung, ich finds echt klasse, dass du als kompletter Anfänger direkt mit den "richtigen" Trainings- und Ernährungsansätzen und mit der richtigen Einstellung herangegangen bist. Das findet man sehr selten. Die meisten fangen an mit Maschinentraining, iwelchen restriktiven Diäten, z.B. low carb/low fat usw. und kommen nicht von der Stelle. Ist schon echt heftig, was für Bullshit über Training und Ernährung kursiert. 

  15. hi hast mich sehr motiviert bin von Körper her 1, 83 und wiege 98 ich hab jetzt angefangen zu trainieren nur weis ich nicht genau mit meiner Ernährung könntest du mir da helfen bitte ich will mein leben verändern
