  1. I have been doing 400 push ups a day and 100 pull-ups a day Monday through Friday while also hitting the gym. I have seen good progress so far but I think I’m slowly plateauing and don’t know what to do next. Help would be awesome.

  2. I can't even do one rep of these fucking exercises. Wow, I'm ashamed I ignored my health. I'm going to keep trying because I just discovered muscles I didn't even know I had. Thanks mate!

    Edit: I managed to do all of the workouts but not all the reps. I don't think I'm able to do another set because my arms and fingers are going to fall off. I'll try again in 15mins. But if unsuccessful, I'll stick to 1 set a day until I can do two.

  3. The only thing this worked out was my rotator cuffs, arms and lastly my abs, probably because I'm weak. Also you need a pretty high bar for this, I couldn't do these with my arms extended. I prefer the more accessible workouts you do. Regardless, I always take one or two new moves from your videos to add to my arsenal. Thanks.

  4. I tried this stuff, I must be really weak…couldn't get my toes to the bar or straight legs on the hanging L-sit. I'm going to have to stick with tucked hanging L-sit and the easier ones until I get stronger.

  5. Hanging for 40 secs w/o doing anything else is a challenge at my age haha. These seem great for young, fit, thin guys though.

    Toes to bar: 2:53
    Hanging L-sit or tucked L-sit: 3:54
    Hanging Leg raises (short hold at the top): 4:54
    Hanging Knee Raises (Curl hip up at top): 5:54 
    Hanging corner Raises: 6:54 
    Hanging Leg Flutters: 7:53 
    Hanging Bicycles: 8:54 
    Hanging Crunches: 9:54

    Repeat the workout 3x

  13. I got a request my man…could you suggest a few exercises to strengthen my wrists..?? Doing any kind of weight exercises or when punching a sand bag my wrists tend to hurt due to the stress on them

  16. Great video!!! But one thing, this exercises involve a lot the abductor muscles; and for the people who playing football it is not very good.
    If you can say some exercises that not involve this muscles…

  19. Can we get some shorts like these but with THENX/Heria on them? I usually use basketball shorts but these look much lighter.
