I have been doing 400 push ups a day and 100 pull-ups a day Monday through Friday while also hitting the gym. I have seen good progress so far but I think I’m slowly plateauing and don’t know what to do next. Help would be awesome.
I can't even do one rep of these fucking exercises. Wow, I'm ashamed I ignored my health. I'm going to keep trying because I just discovered muscles I didn't even know I had. Thanks mate!
Edit: I managed to do all of the workouts but not all the reps. I don't think I'm able to do another set because my arms and fingers are going to fall off. I'll try again in 15mins. But if unsuccessful, I'll stick to 1 set a day until I can do two.

Hiw many times a week should I do this routine?
The only thing this worked out was my rotator cuffs, arms and lastly my abs, probably because I'm weak. Also you need a pretty high bar for this, I couldn't do these with my arms extended. I prefer the more accessible workouts you do. Regardless, I always take one or two new moves from your videos to add to my arsenal. Thanks.

I tried this stuff, I must be really weak…couldn't get my toes to the bar or straight legs on the hanging L-sit. I'm going to have to stick with tucked hanging L-sit and the easier ones until I get stronger.
Hanging for 40 secs w/o doing anything else is a challenge at my age haha. These seem great for young, fit, thin guys though.
