The Kettlebell Wall-Ball Shot


Ideally, what we’re doing is a wall ball, right? So we go up, we catch, we squat, arm extension, into the next one. Here it is at speed, though. Just like we would think about a good wall ball, elbows bend, knees bend and I descend. Alright, show it to me segmented and then show it to me kind of free flow.

  1. I'm no Crossfit hater, I've done it and believe in its effectiveness when done right. But this? This is the exercise equivalent of Bud Light Apple.

  2. I enjoy Crossfit, but this is one of the most pointless and dangerous exercises I've ever seen. There'll be a record number of CF fail videos soon.
