This Dumbbell Exercise Tightens & Tones Arm Flab

Hey, everybody out there. Coach Dan Long with
Get Lean in 12. And today, I’m all about
losing the arm fat. OK. Losing the arm
fat, we’re getting a ton of people that are asking
to tighten and tone their arms. And it’s not just women. It’s also men. So today I’m here with
some amazing moves. As a matter of fact, I think I
got like, at least four or five for you that you’ve
probably never seen and/or you’re not doing. OK? Now, before I get started on
these moves, listen to me. OK? You see that link. I know you do. Don’t touch it. Don’t look at it. I know it’s hard. Don’t even touch it,
because right now, I gotta show you these moves. But at the end of
this, I have something that’s awesome that goes
with these moves that will help you shed
the unwanted belly fat if you’re over the age of 40. OK? Now, I have 12 pound
dumbbells today. OK? Just 12 pounds, it’s up to
you what you want to use. You can use five, eight,
10, 12, whatever you want. All right? You just need a
set of dumbbells. Now, here is the first move. OK? Check this out. You’re going to basically– let me step back
so you can see– you’re going to put your weights
up and down, just like so, and you’re going to do a
V. Come up shoulder height then back down. V shoulder width, up
back and back down. Just like this, see that? All right? The V, just up and then down. It’s like a hammer curl. Right now, put them
down by your side, put your dumbbells
down by your side. And then you’re going to
come into a hammer curl, turn, and drop. Turn again, hammer
curl, turn, and drop. Hammer curl, turn, and
drop, just like so. OK? That’s your second move. Now, third move is
cross-body bicep curl. Cross-body just like this,
instead of coming up, you’re going to go across
the body, just like this, and cross the body
just like this. OK? Boom. Boom. And boom and boom
and boom and boom. OK? That’s your number third move. OK? Now, number third,
you like that? Now, next it’s going to be
dumbbell behind the head, behind the head, tighten
it up, all this area underneath your arms. OK? Up and down, up and
down, up and down, and up and down,
and up and down. Now, how many reps are
you supposed to do? You need to do at
least 12 to 15 reps. And you need to do at
least three to four sets, OK, of each one of
those exercises. 12 to 15 reps, three to four
sets of each one of those exercises. OK? Now listen, here’s
the thing, OK? Not only will these moves
help you get your dream body, but what you really
have to know is that if you’re over the
