A north London teenager has been charged with breaching a criminal behavior order imposed after he posted a “prank” video on TikTok.
Bacari-Bronze O’Garro, known as Mizzy, was banned by Thames Magistrates Court on Wednesday from posting videos on social media without the consent of those in them.
The 18-year-old from Hackney was charged with three charges on Friday.
He will appear in the same court later.
In a video posted to Twitter on Friday, O’Gorro is seen being arrested by a plainclothes police officer referencing videos posted to social media on Wednesday and Thursday.
During Wednesday’s court appearance, he admitted to one count of failure to comply with a community protection notice issued on May 11, 2022.
Judge Charlotte Crangle issued him a two-year criminal conduct order, which includes that he must not post videos directly or indirectly to social media without the documented consent of the individuals featured in the content, must not trespass on private property, and must not must attend. the Westfield Center in Stratford, East London.
It also ordered him to pay a £200 fine, as well as a £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
