  1. My god… I cannot get over how goofy this guy is. Great player… but once that uniform comes off… I don't know he's just goofy..

  2. I’m proud of Tom. He’s a great quarterback and people hate on Greatness. They hate Jordan and Kobe and Brady. Brady your an inspiration, you try so hard at football. You blessed us with your plans to fitness to improve our lives. When Tom talks which isn’t often, I’m listening

  3. Right on target Mr. Brady! Top level performers do things the right way and a certain way. Words mean nothing, results matter. Mr. Brady is that result. Go read the book or get the audio version and learn something new. If you dismiss this material it's your own loss. If you do not like the Patriot or Mr. Brady and focus on the messenger and ignore the material for those reasons it's your own loss. For those who love improving their lifestyle, body and quality of life, go for it. It's your own win!

  4. I hope he gets James Harrison to do more plyometrics. I watch the workouts Harrison posts, and they're all about lifting maximum weight. I don't doubt that he is powerful, but what about explosive strength? What about change of direction in the open field?

  5. People barely hit him thats why he doesn’t get injured lol, he’s super protected by the refs. This workout method is a normal warm up for a lot of people before they hit the weights. Prevent muscle tears, cramps, flexibility, etc. the more stretching the better. Specially lower body, as you use your legs for everything, where most your power comes from. Diets important in everything, and a lot factors into your diet. How active you are, what you’re doing, how your metabolism is, getting healthy foods, not everyone is the same. Person A can eat 1 time a day and gain muscle barely doing anything, person B can work his ass off and have to eat a ton to gain, person C can eat everything under the sun and not get fat. Some people hurt themselves by stressing to much about what they’re eating and working out. It’s not rocket science it’s rather easy, research, trial and error, for what works best for you individually, good genes.

  6. It's hard to argue with his results. However, the exercise science community does not really accept the pliability principle.

  7. TB 12 is for older guys who cant or do not want to risk high impact injuries and chance busting their asses while running, playing sports, or doing crossfit. Brady has lasted so long because he does not run out of the pocket, gets rid of the ball in 2.5 seconds, and flops down onto the turf if he sees a rush coming. I tried TB12 and was not that impressed.

  8. When a guy says "drinking water is bad for you" he loses all credibility. Is he a great player? Sure. What does that really mean? How about the fact that he bilks his fans over and over, With the $50 12oz mixed nuts, the $200 cookbook, The "brady method" or whatever it's called. Winning championships is great. If this guy played for another team he would be HATED around here. Not respected like Magic or Jeter-hated like A-Rod or Laimbeer.

  9. It certainly works for positions like QB…and he’s looking at long term sustainability as the most important aspect.

  10. Too bad his career ended in 2019 to a huge blow to the head that left him mentally challenged and physically looking like little Nicky.

  11. As an exercise scientist a 40 year old should always be faster than your 18 year old self, it's your fault if you decline because you stop. Don't stop.

  12. And at 18 you haven't stopped growing and are nowhere near your peak. Otherwise pro sports would be full of 18 year olds and it's not because you're still a kid. 28 was the old Peak but it's different for everyone but you should be faster than you were every year until you are in your early 40's
