Training 3 : The Fitness Ball


Hi, I’m Jeremy Parisi. Today I will talk about the Fitness Ball. The interest lies in build muscles all over the body with simple ball. And we can also stretch after a good workout. Beginners, experienced sportsmen, sports high levels used for their training. I selected 4 to 5 exercices to be done 3 times a week. Good session.
