Week 7 Day 2 //Full Body HIIT Cardio + Abs

what’s up guys it’s time to get in a
full a body hiit workout then we’re gonna wrap things up with a quick and killer
ab workout it’s gonna be good guys we’re gonna be working for 45 seconds at a
time 15 seconds to rest recover and get ready for the next exercise of course
listen to your body if you need a little extra break that’s why that pause button
is there guys all I ask is that you do your best focus on executing proper form
and listen to your body after we power through the hiit circuit we’re gonna be
using our stability ball for our ab workout so make sure you have that ball
handy get ready guys we’re starting right now way to push through that one today guys

  1. I am confused by this type of work out. Is it considered a weight workout along with cardio? Or was it just considered more of a cardio workout with added light weight. Thanks for offering these workouts.

  9. Wow! This was definitely a hard sweaty one today, so enjoyed it but my arms still hurt from yesterday, but I have just finished day 2 of week 7 and feeling absolutely shattered lol, but I went on and did one of your standing ab workouts with weights then ons of your stretching workout
    Feeling so good today but sore
    I was better on the stability ball after watching your video over weekend it has helped massively but I can't quite get those pikes you do so did it with bring kbess to the chest

  12. My arms were so sore from yesterday! Way to keep them engaged with all the floor workouts. I struggled with the PIKES.

  15. My bad and arms are burning!! I was laughing out loud at myself rolling all over the place with the ball but even trying to get my form correct and rolling round was a killer workout for the abdominals so I’m still ahead of the game lol. Thanks so much I feel πŸ’ͺ πŸ‘
