Week 8 Day 1 //SCULPTED ARMS Workout (Biceps, Triceps + Shoulders)


hey guys what’s up welcome to today’s
arm workout for strength we are focusing today on toning the biceps triceps and
shoulders so we are still sticking to four sets this week we are sticking to
that 10 rep range so we’re choosing a weight that’s challenging but allows us to
hit that 10 rep mark for each set the focus again is always on proper form so
as soon as you feel like you’re losing control you’re going to drop that weight
slightly and continue with your repetitions now after completing four
sets of an exercise we’re gonna throw in a quick cardio burst before you move on
to the next exercise so that we can keep that heart rate up through the entire
workout so we’re still burning fat as we’re building muscle I find these types
of workouts so effective when it comes to sculpting out that muscle creating
nice tone and definition so if you’re ready give me a thumbs up go grab your

  15. Great workout! My arms are a problem area so I do all that I can to keep them toned. The cardio bursts were an added bonus.

  19. Ok so I just wanted to say that I tried on my high waisted skinny jeans from last summer and i…look… amazing in them lmao.. the scale hasnโ€™t budged but I KNOW Iโ€™m losing inches. After 2 kids i was having trouble bouncing back and now I m actually starting to feel sexy again. So thank you Heather your program is really making me feel awesome! โค๏ธ

    Just wish my left arm was not so weak as so much stronger in my right. How do I gain strength in my left arm as I have use lighter weights but still struggling with my left

  24. Week 8 here we are Hello!!!!!. feeling ready to take on this week with much more strength and endurance. Had quite a challenge with the upside down pushup but i mananged to finish all 4 founds awesomenesss, thanks Heather dear.
