Week 8 Day 4 //Brutal TABATA Workout + ABS and BOOTY

hey guys what’s up welcome to today’s
tabata workout nice quick dirty workout for you today you know the drill 20
seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest four exercises and four rounds
total after our Tabata we’re gonna power through a good old AB and booty session
and then stick around because we’re gonna cool down and stretch things out
okay guys if you’re ready for this one give me a thumbs up we’re starting
with our warm up right now alright guys that’s it your sweat sesh
is complete for the day nice work if you are following this workout as part of my

left and you are finished with week eight we’re wrapping up phase two you

  7. Omg God that was brutal but loved it so fast and kept up with you all the way and I'm so proud of myself I managed the stability ball today and managed all of itcwrll apart from the pikes lol I just can't get up but bring to my chest
