Hi, my name is Lena. I’m 24 years old and I’m from Munich. I’ve always had my problematic zones, especially around the hips as I love eating chocolate and that’s why I usually wear wider clothes. But this will change in the future. I want to get really fit and feel confident with my body. I think until now I’ve been lacking the motivation to do that. My sister has always been a role model to me. She has always been motivated and fit and that also influences other areas of her life. And that’s exactly what I expect from myself now. So after training 20 weeks with Freeletics Gym I’m definitely happy with my development. Although it was really exhausting in the beginning, it was totally worth it getting up every morning. I’ve lost a lot of body fat and finally got rid of my problematic zones. Especially at the hips – and I’m so happy about that! My arms are more toned as well which I really like a lot. I’m more determined now and know that if I just follow a proper plan, I will definitely reach my goals. Many things have changed. I simply feel amazing. And seriously if I can do it – you can do it too. So get started!

    you want to lose weight? eat less calories than you burn – simple as that. you don't need some bs exercise routine or to eat salads all day.

  8. lies. I had this app. don't wast your money on a trainer either. it's a scam. there not personalised at all. you can't get in touch with your so called "trainer". I'm pretty sure they just hand out computer generated workouts and slap trainer on them to sell them. like how is it personalized if I never talked to you about goal, past medical history, or any important factors. the nutrition app is the same way. all the food on there I couldn't even fond at any grocery store in my town. there was no substitutes or any thing. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

    Her weight is too far forward, her butt is going straight down as if she is going to sit on her heels rather than sitting in an imaginary chair behind her, and her knees do not stay behind her toes.
