  2. Samo par stvari, iako nisam doktor nego sam čitao malo po ovim novinama za doktore (Journal of international science of sports nutrition, pa i po NBCI i sličnima): nije svaki cink isti. Rijetko koji ima onaj koji se najbolje upija (glukonat), ali ako ima sulfat to je već puno bolje od oksida. Ne znam koji je točno sastav u tom suplementu (CaMgZn) ali skoro bi se kladio da je kalcij karbonat, magnezij oksid i cink oksid. Pijem multivitamin i multimineral (sve u jednom) plus cink posebno ako sam uzeo ovaj lošiji multi (imam 3 različita).

    Drugo što je bitno je da se ljudi ne zajebu s preworkoutom i popiju previše ako nisu naviknuti na kofein. Računajte da u jednoj dozi obično ima cca 1.4x više nego u limenki red bulla. Osobno ne koristim preworkout, ali imam kofein koji, ako ga koristim, koristim kad su ispiti ili sam totalno neispavan a čeka me posao. Znači, počnite s manjom dozom.

    Kreatin je fora ali osobno ne uzimam previše jer mi preporučena doza (5G) bude previše i smeta mi za disanje i radi pritisak u prsima. Po trenutnoj literaturi čak i nije potrebno punjenje, osim ako se ide na performanse ili masu tipa bodybuilding. Realno, u tijelu imamo oko 2 g maksimalno, pa si malo razmislite koliko je potrebno išta više od 5 grama. Osobno dobro reagiram u treningu (brži oporavak i najmanje 10% više ponavljanja) ali uzimam manju dozu (1-2 g) i opet mi je ok i vidim razliku. Po dostupnim informacijama, nema razlike među vrstama što se tiče efikasnosti. Monohidrat radi svoj posao.
